 I started this company in early 2013 after a long teaching career in New Zealand, the UK and here in the UAE. I wanted to change my job and saw an opportunity to do something completely different, but still something that I thought I could do really well. I started it because after having moved several times to Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

We rely heavily on word-of-mouth referrals (most of our business is referral-based), so we make sure to provide excellent service to every client we move. We need customers to speak positively about Mac Pack after the move, so we do our best to make sure the move is smooth, seamless, and professional!

I wanted to run the business by empowering staff and through regular team meetings. Thus, the “boys” are always consulted in decisions and their ideas are always valued. Mac Pack believe that the most important asset of the business is the moving staff and we make sure staff are happy and well taken care of, this really means the customer gets a better level of service!

When you contact Mac Pack, you are dealing directly with me, the owner. I will be personally involved in every move and plan the move with my supervisors accordingly.

We've done over 3,000 moves already and received great feedback from the start. We do our job very well and I am extremely proud of what we have achieved since we started. We've come a long way from the three employees and a borrowed truck we had for our first move in 2013! We still have 5 of the original 6 crew members we first hired and we are over 30 employees at the start of 2019!
